This work is for families who want to slow things down — to listen more deeply, respond with more steadiness, and support children without fixing or pathologizing them. For caregivers who want to be seen as more than rule makers, but actual humans with needs by their children.

As a mother raising children with different sensory needs and neurodivergent ways of being, I’ve come to understand how often children are asked to adapt to systems that don’t truly see them. I also see how painful it is for parents to be trapped working with these same systems. My work grows from lived experience — from learning how to meet my own children with presence instead of pressure, and from witnessing what becomes possible when children are allowed to be fully human.

With a diverse background including storytelling and filmmaking, I hold a deep awareness that we are not just reacting to life — we are living into stories. Each of us is a character in an unfolding narrative, shaped by how we are seen, heard, and responded to. When children are met with empathy, their stories begin to change. When caregivers are supported in responding with clarity and connection, the entire relational field shifts. I believe the story arc you are looking for is possible, and my greatest joy is watching it unfold for my clients.

Rather than focusing on individuals in isolation, I work with children and their caregivers together. In my experience, this relational approach is far more transformative than traditional one-on-one models, because it supports real-time understanding, repair, and connection within the family system itself. When caregivers — especially fathers — begin to deeply understand children’s emotional worlds, it has the potential to shift not only families, but the way we understand human development as a whole.

My approach is grounded in empathy, nervous system awareness, and Nonviolent Communication, and is offered in a small, intentional way for families who feel called to this kind of work.
